About Dr. Laurie Addison
As an executive coach and leadership development expert, I’ve guided senior leaders through every kind of transition—acquisitions, promotions, start-ups, crises, and reinventions.
Now, I bring that same expertise to one of the most under-discussed transitions in leadership: menopause.
My own personal menopause journey inspired me to dive deep into this area and find answers to what was happening to me, physiologically and psychologically, and at the very height of my corporate career as an executive-level leader. Armed with a doctorate in organizational leadership and change management, advanced certifications in women’s health and menopause management, combined with executive coaching methods and leadership psychology, I help women leaders either maintain or reclaim their edge and thrive.
